FBK called about a product that sounded pretty good. They said it would help protect our sewer because all toilet paper would eventually stop it up. We had currently experienced such a mishap and I didn't want it to happen again. Besides it was guaranteed and it was on a trial basis- so I thought.

Product did not do what it promised and I even noticed a dark film begin to collect in our toilet that I had never noticed before. My husband said the person who worked on our sewer problem before had advised him not to buy any product that claimed to clear out the system it's just how it is and for us to be cautious about what we sent down the drain- like hair, grease, etc.

Company said return it-we did but it got lost in the mail. Company said if it found its way home all we had to do was re-mail it. I was illated when it was on our doorstep one day but my day was ruined when when I called the sales lady who said "if you send it now you will be out product because it had passed our trial deadline (even though part of that time was spent lost in the mail) and will continue to get billed". I don't remember what other excuses she gave me this time I was so upset. I told her to remove us from their mailing list and she said she needed the number to contact us about our bill- for something that we don't even want.

I didn't even want to see the product because it just reminded me of bad things. I said to myself-self "why do I spend more money to get this product to this company when it will resolve nothing". Needless to say I was not happy and felt so guilty about the whole thing.

My husband and I were angry all the time over the whole thing. I just couldn't believe what I had done to us. Well thanks to all of the complaints I have found on the net I feel alot better and know I am in good company. I however am not looking foward to the harassing phone calls. I have notified bbb in Florida and am fixing to block this company's phone number from my phone list. I know this will not end- I don't know how this company stays in buisness- oh yea I guess I do!!!!
